FORT MYERS, Fla.– Lynn Johnston got the news shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic began – she had cancer. For much of the past year she has gone to doctors appointments and chemotherapy treatments. Waiting for her after some of the toughest days were text messages from her brother-in-law, John, who lives in Fort Myers.
