One dead after work accident in Collier County

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – One person is dead after a mower fell on top of a person in the 700 block of Logan Boulevard North in Collier County. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accidental death that was reported around 2:37 p.m. Saturday. The mower fell on the person while they were changing the lade, according to Collier County deputies. Witnesses said the house was taped off as deputies investigated the incident. Body of missing Florida 13-year-old found

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. [FIRST COAST NEWS]- A St. Johns County 13-year-old girl was last seen early Sunday morning in her Durbin Crossing neighborhood, prompting a 16-hour search. The search ended when searchers found a body, which the St. Johns County sheriff believes to be the missing teenager Tristyn Bailey. Bailey was last seen at 1:15 a.m. near the Durbin Amenity Center.
