HOUSTON, Tx. / CNN — A Bengal tiger that went missing after a bizarre incident in Houston last week “has been found and appears to be unharmed,” Houston police announced Saturday night. Houston Police Commander Ron Borza said in a Saturday night news conference Victor Hugo Cuevas and his wife Gia are the owners of the tiger. Cuevas was out on bond for a murder charge in Fort Bend County and was previously charged with murder for allegedly shooting and killing a man in 2017. Tiger spotted roaming Houston neighborhood

HOUSTON, Texas (NBC News)– The Houston Police Department said a tiger was spotted exploring a Houston neighborhood on Sunday. The big cat was wearing a collar and roaming around outside of a home. The wild incident was caught on camera by an alarmed neighbor. In the video the deputy can be seen pointing a gun at the tiger as the animal slowly walks toward him. Then, an unidentified man is seen luring the tiger back onto his property and into the house. He begged the deputy not to shoot the tiger, as reported by NBC News. The video can be seen HERE.
