LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — Rescue crews were able to put out a fire that overtook a car in Lehigh Acres on Tuesday morning. Firefighters with Lehigh Acres Fire Rescue arrived at the scene on 50th Street North and saw a car fully involved with fire quickly spreading to the surrounding grass. Quick work by Engine 102 helped prevent the fire from getting out of control. The fire melted the tires off the car, which looks to be a total loss. No injuries were reported. NAPLES, Fla.– An armed robber is still on the run in Naples. The Naples Police Department said the suspect beat somebody with a club that had nails sticking out of it.
